It all started in 1974 in a house in Ispringen. Werner Koch manufactured his first devices for dosing, mixing and feeding plastics here.

After gaining some design experience, he put his ideas into practice. Numerous patents and title deeds are still today the foundation of the know-how of the company KOCH-TECHNIK. In 2006, the title of Professor of the Technical University of Saint Petersburg was awarded to Werner Koch, in return for his work. In 2008, he received the honorary title of Doctor honoris causa. In 2010 the Austrian company FASTI, which was bankrupt, was taken over and together with its product, plastic granulate dryers, it was relocated to Ispringen as FASTI KOCH. KOCH-TECHNIK is headquartered in Ispringen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The devices and installations are manufactured there using the most modern manufacturing processes. The construction of the granule dryers has been moved to another company of 3000 square meters which has state-of-the-art equipment.

Choose Bausano Extrusion Lines for every need. Bausano has evolved over the years, as have the Extrusion Lines we produce. The technological progress of our plastic extrusion machines is mainly due to our in-house design and development department. We design and develop custom-made Extrusion Lines entirely MADE IN ITALY. The screw and barrel are entirely designed, developed and manufactured in-house with quality and efficiency. The Bausano extrusion lines, including the extrusion head, the calibration and cooling bench, the drawing unit and the feeders, are fully customizable according to the customer's project. Our lines are suitable both for the production of PVC, HDPE and PP pipes, and for the production of PVC, HDPE, PP and WPC granules and profiles. Our Extruders are also produced for the medical sector, in compliance with its specific regulations. Bausano extruders are able to produce PVC, PP, PE, TPE and PU medical pipes, bags and sheets. Our extrusion lines can also process many other materials. Added to this is the latest innovation on the Bausano lines, our Recycling Extruder for the regranulation of polyolefins (HDPE, LDPE, PP) and PVC.
